Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation Form

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (YANG HENGSHENG LOGISTICS LTD. // VESPIRE HOUSEHOLD LTD., Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong, Email: info@vespire.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

In the context of a purchase contract, the buyer is obliged to pay for and accept the ordered goods. Refusing to accept the goods does not constitute a withdrawal from the contract. If the buyer refuses to accept the goods without having previously withdrawn from the contract, they do not fulfill their obligations under the purchase contract and are obliged to pay damages. If, in the event of a refusal to accept, the order is not returned to the sender, damages amounting to the full purchase price will be incurred.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

In the event of a complaint, return, or any other issue, please always contact us directly by email first. We guarantee that we will find a quick and uncomplicated solution together. A dispute case via payment providers such as PayPal or Klarna is never the fastest or best way, as such procedures or their processing can often take weeks or even months - which would not help anyone involved. Please note that the address mentioned in the imprint is not a return address. Please do not return goods to us without prior notification by email to ensure correct recording and assignment of your return. Therefore, we will gladly provide you with the return address by email.
